Niklaus Mikaelson was a rather well known name in the Supernatural World. Anyone who knew about the existence of the Vampires, Werewolves and Witches, knew the Originals. The first vampires. And anyone who knew of the Originals, knew of Niklaus Mikaelson. Or Klaus, as he was known famously among the Supernatural World. The ruthless Original Hybrid.
Klaus was a name that was feared. It was the name that became the monster in all bed time stories. It was a name that brought creeps. And rightfully so.
The Supernatural community knew of all the atrocities that were associated with the name. The hunts, the slaughters, the wars, etc.,
But not many knew the Orginal Hybrid. There are things that one must know if he was going against Niklaus Mikaelson.
1. Better make sure you have atleast one thousand plans in place before you act.
2. Choose your allies carefully.
3. Don't even think about playing diplomatic games.
4. And most importantly, don't threaten his siblings.
Only handful of people tried to take on the Original Hybrid.
And only one or two lived to tell the tale.
But none succeeded.
And that's the how powerful the Original Hybrid was. And his favourite witch was not at all happy when he showed up at her bar in Chicago well into the time of closing it. When he crossed the threshold, she just sighed and let him sit at the bar.
There are things you pick up when you deal with the Niklaus. Like the particular way he was staring at his bourbon meant that he was tired and just wanted to sit in peace. And Gloria knew that rather well.
But the silence was killing her. So she drawled, "Is there any particular reason for you grace me with your joyful presence?"
He just stared at the drink and said, "I've been telling you this for decades now. Sarcasm just doesn't become you."
Gloria scoffed, "What do you want, Klaus?"
"Well," Niklaus shrugged, "just wanted to visit an old friend. And someone asked to meet me here."
Gloria rolled her eyes and went away, muttering.
"May be you are catching up on your old age, love." Niklaus called out to her retreating form, "if your mutterings are anything to go by."
With one last glare, Gloria disappeared through the back door.
The moment Gloria left, Niklaus heard the front door of the bar open. Niklaus sighed, can't people see that the bar is closed, "Whoever you are, the bar is closed."
"And that is what we want," a feminine voice said, which made Niklaus turn around to the sight of a blond woman, who said, "Hello, Niklaus"
"Mmm, so you are the one who wanted to meet me," Niklaus said as he raised the glass to his lips. Savouring a long sip, he asked, "Who are you?"
"I am your long lost sister. Freya."
