Dreams of Darkness
Her eyes shine,
Hiding the pain inside.
Her smile so believable,
You would never know its fake.
Her hands shaking so gently,
As she puts aside the temptation.
How badly she wants to drowned.
To be swallowed in her own tears,
Have someone fight away her fears.
She crawls up into a ball,
Feeling so helpless and small.
Her make up makes dark streams down her face.
She wants to end this fucking chase.
She waits to be rescued,
Hoping that he will come.
And wipe away her tears,
Fighting away her fears.
Her eyes slowly begin to droop,
And her breathing begins to steady,
As a couple of strong hands carry her away.
It's just another fucked up day.
