Mad House

The house had seemed a godsend... at first. Fully furnished, great location in a quiet neighborhood, and ridiculously affordable despite their limited budget. It was the new start the Lutz family so desperately needed.
Then the lights started flickering that no electrician could fix, followed by plagues of flies, and strange noises in the attic. Every night he was awoken from disturbing dreams by a faint whispering, telling him to do terrible things, convincing him he was mad.
When two men in cheap suits and obviously fake IDs turned up asking about 'cold spots' he actually cried tears of relief.
