An Average day in Aberdale PT 3

The next day, Jeff followed out with his average daily routines. All the while, he hoped that Kate would be there on the bus. And this time not covered in oil like she was yesterday. His watch beeped loudly. "Eight o-clock, time to leave," he chirped, trotting out the door like a happy little horse. Jeff quickly jumped onto the bus, hardly ignoring the yucky gum wrappers and chewed up, slobbery pencils. Immediatly he noticed the bright orange hair coming from his seat. "No oil," Jeff mumbled, and continued on. Kate barely noticed him sitting next to her. Jeff gave Kate a small poke. "SOMEONE'S TOUCHING ME," she screeched. Jeff quickly pulled his hand away from her. Kate looked over and noticed Jeff. "Oh sorry, I get really freaked when people touch me." Jeff giggled and replied, " Im the same way, don't worry." Kate pulled out a metal spray can, sprayed it on her shoulder, and let out a sigh of relief.
Kate smoothed her hair back into a ponytail and put the can back in a pouch. The bus jolted and jerked around on the rode as she checked everything, causing her diary to fall out. The small, fur-covered yellow book, slid from the seat. "Oh fudge-nugget-boppers," Kate exclaimed as she reached for her book, but it fell from her reach. "Curse these tiny hot-dog arms," she growled. Jeff narrowed his eyes. He'd have to ignore his hygiene tendencies and go fetch the book. With a small squeak, he crawled under the seat and retrieved the book from the kid who sat behind him. The bus stopped so quickly and unexpected that Kate and Jeff were both sent face-first into the seat. Both kids panicked with fear they shared each others moist towelettes to get the germs off of there faces. Of course, the two were germaphobes.
Jeff stepped off the bus. Kate hesitated, but eventually hopped off. "So, this is Aberdale Elementary, looks nice," Kate said as she observed the school closely. They walked into the school doors, and Kate was immediatly sent to the office to undergo security checks and emergency card verifications. After that mess, Jeff was appointed to give Kate a tour of Aberdale Elementary. Jeff walked over to where the lockers were. "This is mine here, number 304," Jeff proudly announced. "Funny," Kate said," mine's number 305." Jeff and Kate looked at each other with excitement in their eyes. "Woohoo," both jumped for joy after realizing that their lockers were RIGHT next to each other.
