Hotshot: Something I thought up after watching some of Power Rangers HyperForce. I kinda wanted this as an RPG but yeah, decided to do a fanfic of them. Here it is!

Summary: 20 years after Trakeena's defeat, peace ruled for the Lost Galaxy Rangers and beyond. Now, a new evil has risen and it is up to five warriors to combat it. They are known as...the Galaxy Force.

"Beginning"

Ford Markson bounced in his seat on his assigned shuttle, his eyes glancing out the window as the stars and galaxies went passed. His unruly dirty blond hair bounced along with him and his green eyes were wide. It was his first time being in space and man, it was such a sight. He still couldn't believe that he got picked to be the intern for the great Kendrix Morgan and Kai Chen, it was like a dream come true.

"Put your harness back on." the pilot stated back to ford. "We're closing in on Alpha Dom."

Ford quickly did what he was told, pulling the harness over his head and clicked it on over his torso. He looked out of the window and a orange and blue planet came into view with some specks of green scattered on the orange. As the shuttle came closer and closer to the planet until it finally came to the port. Two mechanical arms with blunt pinchers reached out and gripped the shuttle in the appropriate places and slowly pulled it in until it was locked into place. The ramp slowly lowered onto the platform and the automatic door slid upwards.

"Docking complete." the Pilot spoke up as he flipped some switches and pressed a few buttons on a holo-screen in front of him. "You may unharness yourself now."

"Thanks." Ford undid the harness and stood, grabbing his black jacket and slipped it on before grabbing his duffle bag and slung it over his shoulder. He gave the pilot a wave before walking out and down the ramp and onto the platform.

He glanced down at himself, at his jacket, his red shirt, dark grey jeans and white sneakers. Somehow, he felt like this wasn't the correct outfit to wear while meeting Kendrix and Kai but what could he do? He had nothing else to wear.

He reached up and pulled out a pendant from his shirt and looked at it. It was in the shape of a oval with a symbol for family etched into it. He let it fall against his chest and began to look around, figuring out just where he was suppose to go.

"Hey, excuse me, are you Ford Markson?" Ford suddenly heard from some feet away. "Oh, sorry."

Ford turned and saw a man, about the same height as him, walking around and asking people. The man was slightly dark-skinned and had a buzzed cut. He wore blue button up shirt with dark blue jeans and dark grey sneakers.

The stranger's brown eyes caught sight of him, he made a B-line straight to Ford.

"Are you Ford Markson?" the man questioned.

"uh...yeah, that's me."

He looked relieved. "I'm Andy Jones and I'm here to take you to Dr. Morgan and Mr. Chen."

"Lead the way, Andy." Ford hummed and together, they began to walk into the building, passing by all kinds of people.

"So," Andy began after a moment. "Why don't you tell me about yourself? I mean, we will be working together since I'm Dr. Morgan's assistant."

"There's nothing much to tell." Ford shrugged.

"Come on, there have to be something."

"N-not really. Just grew up in a small town on Earth." Ford inwardly winced at his stutter. He had been trying to stop it since he was a kid.

"How did you get the internship here, than?" Andy inquired as they walked out of the building. Andy lead Ford to a silver car-like vehicle that hovered just a few feet from the ground.

"Here." Andy grabbed the handle and pulled on the back door, which rose upwards rather than to the side. Ford slipped into the vehicle with Andy following in after him. "The Research Tower, please."

The driver nodded and the vehicle started to move, lifting up about a foot or so before it started to go off and into the roadways.

The desolate planet of Tradon sat outside of most solar systems, floating in its orbit. The greens that once flourished hundreds of years ago had shriveled up and the only evidence that they were there was dead logs that were in the middle of decaying. The parts of where the ocean had once flowed was now simply deserts, sands going on for miles.

There was still life, however, that still lived on Tradon. A palace, frozen in time by the ice and cold of the northern pole. Within the halls and rooms in this palace were frozen creatures. They were tall, about 6'9"and, even through the ice, their skin had a green tint to it.

In the throne room, a large, open casket was where the throne once stood and on either side of it stood two frozen creatures, one on either side.

A loud, shrill ring echoed through the halls and room and a light above the throne blinked on, casting a red haze over the casket and the two figures. It glowed brighter and soon, the ice started to melt. It did not take long for the casket to be weakened enough for its occupant to burst out with a loud roar.

The creature was tall, about seven feet tall. It was green with black highlights around it's armored body. There were four dragon-esque heads, one on each shoulders and kneecaps, as well as one on its chest.

"Finally," he growled out in a deep voice, his amber eyes glowing with new life. "I have finally been healed."

The creature on his right broke through its own icy tomb. It had a feminine figure, entirely white blue save for the white armor that covered the front and back of its body. It had a mask that covered it's eyes and it had blue wings that flexed out behind it.

"It is wonderful to be free again!" She shrieked in a screechy voice that could make the most hardened man cringe.

The last to be free was a larger creature, about 7"5' and its torso was bare from any armor, revealing dark brown fur though it did had armor around its hips and thighs. It had hooves for feet and its face was a mixture of a bull and a lion. Its hands were clawed and it had long horns on its head.

"Come my generals, it's time to collect the rest of my army and head to the ship." The lead creature told the other two.

"Of course, Lord Hydron." the larger creature bowed and went off, followed by the female general.

Hydron followed them out of the throne room but went off down the different hall that lead into a much larger room and it held a large, advanced ship. He walked inside of the vessel and to the bridge before stopping in front of a control panel and pressing a button.

The monitor it was connected to sprung to life and on it was "30 years".

"Interesting, We have been out of the game for that long." He hummed and typed in something, making the screen change to information that the ship stored as it ran through it's fade during the years. He stopped at the information that were stored twenty years ago, detailing the events of Scorpius' and Trakeena's destruction by the hands of the Power Rangers.

"That old fool." chuckled Hydron as he read. "Of course he would get destroyed by their hands."

Ford stared out the window, half-listening to everything Andy was saying. He watched as other vehicles and buildings sped past, the light reflecting off of the windows on the tall buildings. It was interesting, seeing the sleek buildings, some unlike the ones he had seen on earth.

"And we're here." Andy declared, making ford look at him. Just as he was about to look out the window at the other side of the vehicle, it stopped and Andy was quick to usher him out. He looked up and his eyes widened in surprise and awe.

Standing tall in front of them was a large and tall tower, the tallest he had ever seen. At the top, he could see a large, round floor that was sticking out of the main tower.

"Come on." Andy chirped as he passed Ford and walked up the steps, towards the entrance and Ford quickly follows him. They made it to the top and through the automatic doors. Andy reached into his pocket and showed the man at the desk his ID and walked towards the elevator.

The lobby was very clean, Ford noted, and saw all kinds of people walking around and sitting on comfortable looking furniture near the windows. It honestly looked like the lobbies he had seen back on Earth but this one was more spacious than all of them.

He stood beside Andy as the other man pressed the top button and in no time, the elevator opened and the two stepped in. Ford looked over to the panel and, to his shock, the numbers go up to one-hundred-sixty-three.

Andy pushed the eighty-sixth floor and the elevator started to move smoothly upward.

"So, what are you interning here for?" Andy finally asked, looking at Ford.

"I'm going to learn about other planets, hopefully becoming something of a educator or something like that." Ford shrugged.

"Huh, you don't seem like an educator type."

"I know, that's what everyone says."

"I didn't mean it as a bad thing." Andy quickly interjected, obviously thinking that all the others who said what he had meant it in a bad way. "It's great you want to try and aim to be an educator."

Ford only shrugged and the two were enveloped in silence for the rest of the climb up to the selected floor. When the elevator door opened, Andy lead Ford out into a hallway that branched to the right and left of them, while in front of them a room where the walls were glass. Ford could see desks, computers, everything in the room while in the center of it was what looked like to be a type of hologram of a planet with two people around it.

Andy took Ford to the glass doors and knocked, making the two people inside look over and than turn off the hologram. Andy pressed some buttons on the keypad and then slid his ID in. There was a slight dining sound before Andy opened it and ushered Ford in.

"I got him." Andy grinned. The two people were instantly recognizable to Ford thanks to the pictures he had seen before.

"Thanks, Andy." smiled the first one, a blond woman with green eyes, a pair of glasses and she wore a uniform that seemed standard. It was a grey two piece though she were a skirt. Her sleeves of her top was pink and there was a patch on her chest that had "RTP PD".

The second was a man had black hair and dark eyes. He wore a outfit similar to the woman's but the sleeves were blue and and he wore grey pants.

"I'm Kendrix Morgan."the woman introduced herself. "Right here is my partner, Kai Chen. Of course, you already know our assistant, Andy."

"It's nice to meet you." Ford adjusted the strap of his duffle bag.

"Andy, take his stuff to your quarters, He'll be rooming with you since you have an extra bed." Kai spoke up.

"Yes sir." And took Ford's stuff and went back to the elevator and disappeared behind the sliding doors.

"Now," Kendrix took a step closer. "I'll show you how to work some things in here, alright?"

Ford nodded and stood up straighter. He had a feeling that he will be doing something great, something worthwhile and he was looking forward to it.
