A/N okay I had some inspiration today so I decided to write a short drabble about Elizabeth, the ocean, and Jack of course

Brilliant Blue
Her stringy auburn hair swayed in the solemn ocean breeze as she walked along the semi eroded coast line. Today the normally foggy water of Port Royal was crystal clear and filled to the brim with sea shells. The occasional clown fish would swim by curiously to inspect the coral that inhabits the shallows.
The sea was calm today for she could distinguish small children frolicking on a sand bar not too far off shore. The sun was watching high above like the center of a stained glass piece in a cathedral of blue skies.
The calm breeze caressed her sun-kissed skin feeling as if she was touched by an angel. The hue of her honey colored eyes sparkled with a glint of amusement as she watched dolphins playing off in the distance. Then her gaze followed the gulls flying freely towards the horizon and on that infinite line she saw a minute speck slowly coming closer and closer.
And for the first time in ages she felt a genuine smile and raw jubilance. And she waited for it to get close enough, content with wondering what might happen when it comes to her. Finally it reached shore and the person she has been longing for climbed out of the hospitable ship. He strode to where she was standing and picked her up in an emotional embrace.
"Jack, tell me the name of your new ship."
His lips curved into a smile and whispered words that ghosted across her skin.
"Brilliant Blue."
