That party, the waste of time gathering that they had been forced to crash had changed his entire life. He looked up at the warlock, letting his mind wander once again after making sure he was still talking, sometimes Alec wished he could go back in time, change all the awkwardness and hurt they had caused each other. Alec let his eyes slip to his brother, Jace. Jace had caused so much heartache and still there he was, standing as the brother he was.
