Kairi yawned, and stepped slowly into Sora's room. They had been watching a movie, and he had fallen asleep on the couch. Too tired to go back to her house, Kairi plopped down on his bed, feeling the soft sheets underneath her skin. She rolled over to check the time on his clock, when she spotted a paper in the trash bin next to her with her name written on it.
"Hmmm…" she grabbed it, and unfolded it. It read:
Your eyes,
Your lips,
Your face,
Your smile.
These things about you,
Are driving me wild!
Your laugh,
Your song,
Your style,
Your clue.
I've been meaning to tell,
That I love you.
"Oh my word…" she gasped. "He loves me!" seeing some more paper on the night stand next to her, she took a piece, and grabbed a pen. Thinking for a moment, she wrote:
Your hair,
Your grin,
Your laugh,
Your wink.
These things about you,
Are totally unique.
Your touch,
Your glance,
Your care,
Your croon.
I want you to know,
That I love you too.
Kairi finished writing, then tiptoed out to the living room, and set the poem on the table in front of him, his name written clearly on the front. She giggled for a moment at his snore, then left the house, waiting tomorrow for a knock on her door.
Heheh… the ending was a poem. The last sentence… not a good one though. I just thought it up. I hope you liked this story. Please R&R!
