this is about my o.c cleverhook as the title says (the scrouge in my story is not the same scrouge as in the warriors series because this scrouge is related to one of the characters in the story)
cleverhook was sitting in one of the many dark corners around shadowclan. after a few hours he got tired of shadowclans ways and decided to leave shadowclan. cleverhook became a loner for a long time after that but all that changed when a she-cat was finding members for a clan called mistclan. cleverhook was unsure but decided to try the clan 'maybe it wont be as bad as shadowclan' he thought as him and some others followed the she-cat to mistclan. when they arrived the she-cat called a meeting 'she must be the leader' he thought to himself as he went to the meeting place of the clan. 'i am amberstar the leader of mistclan' she shouted making sure everyone heard her. she called each cat up until cleverhook was the only one left he announced his name quietly. when the meeting ended the members all went to their dens or walked around and hung out but cleverhook just sat in a corner by himself.
days later
cleverhook had slept in the dark corner he found but that day he felt like exploring the clan. he walked around and saw all the different dens and learned where they were all located easily. suddenly cleverhook heard a voice 'hello' it said it was clearly a she-cat. he turned around to see a purple she-cat 'hello' she said again 'hi' cleverhook said to the she-cat 'im stormheart' she said politely 'i-im cleverhook' he said a little shy then a brown she-cat came up 'hi im hazelfur' she said looking at stormheart and cleverhook 'i heard you talking and decided to introduce myself' she said quickly leaving not much time to respond. after hanging out with the she-cats for a little while another one came up and started introducing herself 'hello there im duskwater' she said calmly 'hi im cleverhook' he said in a sort of bored tone he was starting to get used to saying that line. nightfall came quickly and the clan didnt know what awaited them the next morning.
next morning
cleverhook got up and looked around all the other clan members were awake already. everything was peaceful until cleverhook heard a she-cat scream his ears perked and he realized it was the leader he quickly ran towards the sound and saw the leader with a pitch black pelted tom. 'get away from me scrouge!' she yelled backing away. cleverhook didnt wait to react and ran and pounced on scrouge pushing him against a stone wall. scrouge got up and yelled that he would be back soon and ran off. the clan came to make sure that amberstar was ok she was had alot of scratches and injurys although cleverhook knew nothing about herbs. stormheart stepped forward 'let me through i am the med cat after all' she said as she dashed through the crowd. stormheart and cleverhook helped her to the leaders den and laid her inside. cleverhook and stormheart went to leave 'wait!' aamberstar yelled to them 'i want to speak to cleverhook alone please' she told stormheart. stormheart left and cleverhook went and sat closer to amberstar.
