Episode 7: Caroline Bowen- Australian Clone
While Caroline sat on the couch at Mrs. S's place, she listened to Sarah rant about her with Felix as Mrs. S listened. "Honestly, I can't stand this girl. She grew up pampered and spoiled and isn't afraid to show it", said Sarah. "But she's still your sister", said Kira. "I wish she wasn't", Sarah grumbled. "I like you, Caroline", said Kira, patting Caroline's shoulder. "I have a two year old son back at home", said Caroline. "What's his name?" asked Kira. "West Andrew", said Caroline. "Oh and by the way, I didn't grow up spoiled and pampered. My mommy and daddy didn't like me very much. My daddy would hit me and then pass out on the couch. At one point- never mind, you're too young to hear this", she explained to Kira. "Auntie Cosima might be able to help though", said Kira. "Kid, you do know that curiosity killed the cat, right?" said Caroline. "I'll call Auntie Cosima", said Kira. She did, and Cosima came right over. In a story of tears, gasps, and chokes, Caroline told Cosima about her harrowing childhood. How her father beat her, burned her, kicked her, thrashed her, and did some more inappropriate things to her that she didn't want to mention. "I'm really sorry. That must've been terrible and I understand now. You're not a bitch, you're hurt. But I'm here for you and so are the rest of us", said Cosima. "I-I can't let them find out, but you seem nice enough", said Caroline. "Dude, you don't want them to think you're a bitch, do you?" said Cosima. "I don't care, I disconnected with people long ago. The only people who I talk to is my boyfriend and my two year old", said Caroline. "Your boyfriend is your monitor", said Cosima. "What do you mean?" asked Caroline. "Bad timing, I-I'll explain it later but why don't you stay with me?" said Cosima. "That'd be nice, though I plan on leaving for Australia in another week or two", said Caroline. "Not for a while, once you're a part of the Leda sisterhood, there's no way out", said Cosima.
