A sigh escaped my lips as I looked out the window of the rather large guild hall, it was empty besides the chairs that surrounded me. I put my hand on the ice chilled glass, it was a rare day I've seen it do nothing but rain in Tara but today the ran came down in a white sheet; it was snowing. My focus slowly allowed my own image to be reflected to my eyes, they were a soft amber but upon closer inspection you could tell there was red surrounding the pupils. I let my head fall and I gazed at my hands -my pink hair falling around my shoulders slightly in my view- they were beat up from the years of using a bow. I shivered staking my head allowing my attention to go back to the window.

I don't know how long I was in my own little word, I never heard the door or the shuffling of chairs, but I swear I almost had a heart attack when my name was softly being called. Slowly I blink and my elf ears perked up looking over at the black eyes of my smaller companion.

"Hello hero," I smiled some letting my eyes take in every detail of him. His usual pale skin was bitten red from the cold outside, but he wore a scarf and gloves to keep warm.

"Hello Kish," He replied happily, it was a shock to me how he could be happy when the world was being covered in a freezing white mess. "How about we go out to the water fall?" He asked smiling at me.

I blushed slightly and looked away and nodded my head some before pressing my hand once more to the glass of the window I sat in front of. My eyes widened as a red scarf wound it's way around me neck.

"It's a bit frosty out Kishiemi," Hero's voice mused to me in a husked tone.

I flushed a bit more, this time a sunk back into the seat letting my Hero run his fingers through my hair. I smiled lightly and whispered to him "It is, thanks you Hero..."

~Time change-After a trip outside~

I laid in the queen sized bed in robes, next to me laid a small hero competently worn out from our activities in the snow and on the ice covered river. I leaned over propping my self up on my elbow, my other hand running though Hero's short black hair, I kissed a frost bitten cheek pulling the covers over the child like male. Hero snuggled into the I could clearly see the happiness he took in the warmth.

With a sigh of content I rolled onto my back to gaze at the full moon, I understood now how beautiful and enjoyable the snow was; I closed my with a smile on my face.

Only fate could have brought me such an angel as Hero.
