Wily: But, I can't release it for several years do to energy testing and mentaltesting. Oh well cause I have another creation in store.
Meanwhile. The scene shows a lab with all sorts of technological devices and it also show an open capsule with the letter "X" on it.
Scientist: Megaman are you sure you want to do this???
Megaman: Yes, I want to protect the future as well Dr. Light
Light: You know I never wanted this life for you. I wanted you to live free dang that Wily, because of him you may never know peace.
Megaman: It's not your fault or anything. If I shall never know peace then I must be destined for this!!!
Light: There is also a chance that you may harm people. If you are released early, your powers could rage out of control.

Light: That's Cyber City Megaman, that town has been at peace for years. Be careful Megaman. Megaman teleports to Cyber City. The first thing megaman see is Wily in his space ship.
Wily: Cyber City never looked better, by Megaman wait till you see what I have in store for you.
Megaman jumps up to shoot Wily's space ship but is too late. Wily take off in space.
Light: How is the damage Megaman???
Megaman: The damage to the city is severe doctor light.
Light: And it is not over I am getting a signal of one of Wily's robot ahead of you.
Megaman: I'm on it Doctor.
Megaman runs forward to find a guy who has icy cold shoulders and hands.
Megaman: Who are you???
Iceman: I am Iceman, but none of that will matter soon.when your froze and shattered to pieces!!!!
Megaman: What every Ice block bring it on!!!
Iceman fires a mighty ice blast and ends up freezing Megaman's feet to the floor.
Megaman: What, what is this?!?!?!?!
Iceman then fires Icicles up high in the air and they start to fall toward Megaman. Megaman looks up in Doom.
