*Location : Downtown LA in a bar
Time: February 14 , 20XX 9:49 PM Friday

The night was like any other night. In a low light bar people walking in after work to forget the day, others are just in here for a good time while just a few are having a date in bar? Yep just like any other nights.

"GOD DAMN JHIN STOP DAYDREAM!"

"Mhh?" As I turn my head around to see who call out I was met a decent smack to the back of my head from my manager.*Thud* I instinctual rubbing the back side of my head.
"What was that for?" Finally able to turn my head to the assaulter which was none other than my boss and good friend Rachael. Staring at Rachael she was a short redheaded woman with a fair complexion and a beautiful body that would of gotten her into modeling. But she's self conscious about her body ever since the incident. Well she now hides it behind bag clothes but she has her usual bartender outfit on which does allow some room for her figure to show.
"Sorry Rachael just was think eheheh." I say while trying to laugh my way out of a good bickering for not working.
"You've been like that for the past couple days Jhin are you alright?" She said while preparing a couple of shot of Tequila and some water for some customers. "It's been affecting your how you work, do you need a break?"

"No, no I'm fine" I snap back and said "Just trying to get someone I adore to notice me" winking at her. I was able to get a nice reaction from her as per usual. Her cheeks started to change to a light pink while glaring at me. "Shut up and give these drinks of tequila to table 5 and the water to table 8 got it." she slides the shots to me while fill the large cup of water for the other customer. In blurring motion I quickly place the shot and water on my tray then swift gentle strides I head to table 5 placing them in front of the customers who like they just came from work and wanted to forget the day. Saying "Bottoms up my fellow blue collar workers, enjoy the drinks." They look up tired saying "Thanks" haphazardly. After which I headed to table 8 which was occupied by a tall looking person with a business suit. As I approach I say "You water is here si-." The person turn to see me and to my surprised it was a young looking woman. "Miss I mean." I handed the glass of ice water to her and was walking a away I hear a mature voice call out to me. "Sir can ask something of you really quick?" I stop and pivot myself saying " Do you need anything else Miss?" she stood up from her table and came a couple step toward me and said " May I ask for your name sir?" I was a bit dumbfounded but I said my name to her "Alex Jhin. Why?" a few moment pass by and she said "Never mind thought you were someone I know honey you may go." she proceed to sit back at her table and sip her water and just stare of the into the window. I didn't think much of it and head back to my station.

*Few hours pass*

Tonight was slow which was a bit odd for a Valentine night I expected more people but this allowed to have a break to think on my problem I was having. I was in the break/changing room by myself when Rachael walked in. "Jhin?" she said in a soft voice. I didn't notice so she walked up towards where I was sitting and to my surprised leaned in to and hugged me while saying my name again "Jhin you alright?" I jump slightly out of reaction to a sudden hug, but I let happen it just felt like I needed it.

My Foster Parents died a couple weeks back which wasn't surprising for their age but what was sad was they went off together in some sort of movie fashion. They died sleeping together right after they celebrated they 64th anniversary at the lodge we had in Lake ArrowHead. They left a will that handed over everything they had to me for I was there allow think they had who was family. In all honesty is was felt like a sad movie film when I heard. For they raised me ever since I can walk. They were my mom and papa. So maybe I was a bit depressed, I don't know. "I fine my DARLING, just… want the day to end." we sat there in silence and finally I start to get up and Rachael lets go. I turn to my locker and start to change in to my outfit. "It almost closing time so I want to sing a couple song for the lonely ladies customers out there so they can have some hope." I jokingly say to her. Rachael just shakes her head turned around to give some privacy, but could help to sneak a peek of me. I mean I description wise I a 6'1" with long black crewcut And had a short stubble (which I want to shave off later.) I've taken of my shirt revealing the taut body from my past was in the swim team(Praised the lord for my parent force me to pick a sport.) As I was changing shirts I notice that she was staring thinking that I wasn't looking and saw that she blush a soft red know that she tried to hide the fact she was gawking. "I finished but seem like you know that didn't you?" her face became a deep red. I passed her to head out but she called out "Hey Jhin you remember the promise we made?" I stop as I was going to exit the door holding it. "Which one?" I said. "The one when we gra-duated from elementary." She said in a shy soft voice trying to hide the question. I paused for a sec to remember and just say "Yes." In which she was felt to embarrassed to continue to say anything. I leave after that to head to stage to sing a couple closing songs for the night.

As get on to the stage and start to speak "Evening tonight I'll be sing a couple songs to end the night before we close. Tonights starting song will be something for you single ladies out there." I signaled one of my friends to start the music and proceed play/sing.
