"My lord, we must find that girl…. she is the key to our continued Existence!" Fangor shouted, almost pleadingly. "If the hunters find her first…we are doomed. She holds more power than all of them. She could destroy us all…we have to find her."
The vampire lord looked down in disgust at the shriveled vampire before him, clinging to his feet. He growled and kicked the vampire away. Then stood with a sigh.
"I will not deny that our existence is threatened by this…. girl…but panicking and acting like mere mortals will not save our people," his voice resonated throughout the massive cavern. Everyone stood silent…. listening. It was obvious this vampire held much power among them. "We will find this girl…and when we do, she will not live to jeopardize our people further!"
A cheer erupted in the cavern, and continued into the thick night, falling on attentive ears.

Kiaze moved quickly after she left the entrance of the vampire's cavern. She had heard every word, and knew that soon, the vampires would be on her heels. She could jeopardize lives, and instead it was her life, that was in jeopardy.
