Chapter 1
Ava was flying for her life! She could feel the warmth of the fire her Skywing pursuers were breathing at her singe her tail. She was very fast, but a Skywing was a match fr her! Why had she gone hunting in Skywing territory? She had just caught a rabbit when she had heard the guards roar a command to attack! She was obviously not a Skywing, although her wings had the shape of one. I fact, she wasn't sure what she was! Her scales and eyes flashed rainbow colours, except for the star paterns on her wings and the glowing patterns she had on her body, she had gills and a barbed tail, could breathe fire when she was angry and ice when she was scared and could resist fire. However, she could not resist teeth, Ava reflected as she felt fangs close around her long tail
Wheeling around, she slashed serrated claws and bertahed icy death unto the three Skywing's neares!. They dropped out of the sky. She slashed at another Skywing with her barbed tail and they yelled "SHE IS TOO POWERFUL FOR A DRAGONET! LET ALL THOSE WHO CALL THEMSELVES SKYWINGS ASSAIL HER FOR THE GOOD OF THE KINGDOM!" I am scared, he thought. Ava also could pick up on thoughts sometimes and often dreaned of thigs before they came true! She often had a particular dream where she could see only darkness but a comforting voice said "Little Allwing, all will be well."
Thousands of Skywings frothed ove rthe cliffs of the ravine towards her with cold dead eyes. They yelled /"LET US DESTROY LET US DESTROY IN THE NAME OF TE QUEEN!" And then, as Ava closed her eyes and dropped thought the sky, praying that her death would be swift, the Skywing's suddenly slowed their ascent and she could feel their angry thoughts turn to fear! A dragon of no kind she knew was flying down towards her! It was bright yellow like a Sandwing, but glowed brightly as the sun and had a sun mark on its chest. Their orbs were yellow. "What art thou doing unto thi innocent youth?" the dragon asked kindly. However, they had bright fire like the sun glowing from thwie eyes and mouth! "WE ARE DESTROYING THEY WHO THREATEN THE KINGDOM!" yelled the Skywings.
"Thou art just torturing thee whom art differing from the norms of your arbitary reality!" called the strange dragon!
"WHO ARE YOU!2 yelled Scarcruel, new queen of the Skywings"
"I art of the alias Sunbeam and I art of the tribe of the Sunwings, who hath came to take thos yound Allwing of the future away." said Sunbeam. Ava grinned. WOuld she finally be safe despite never having parents, thought the dragonet. She flew towards Sunbeam eagerly, but read his thoughts first. There was just kindness and sunlight, but then she saw two dragons that looked oddly familiar. "Who are they," said ava aloud. "Perhaps thou hath seen thines prents who await your persusal of them one thou hast decline from the kindom of thine." said Sunbeam as he flew towards the sun, Ava following, eager to see her parents. She will be the Allwing, I hope. Let her complete the inheritance first. It was Sunbeams thaughts. Then she briefly saw a shadowy dragon who looked somewhat like her except black with raindow spots on their wings. The future! Ava thaught.
