Dance Your Deadly Dance.
A Fullmetal Alchemist Fanfiction
By xxLilMizCaityxx
It was all a fragile game of will-she-notice and can-you-come?
It was all a deadly dance and silence and can-you-leave-Gluttony-behind?
Through back alleys, turning corners, into the darkness they danced their deadly dance, their tango of turmoil, their foxtrot of fear and they hid and they touched and they whispered and they caressed.
For two so monstrous, they made the other feel you're-so-perfect and ignore-what-they-say because they-don't-understand.
Neither regretted a single moment of their oh-so-deadly dance as they swayed like lovers and laughed like jokers and fled like cowards and satisfied their carnal wants and needs with let's-up-the-game's and you-know-you-want-this.
They hated the other with damn-you're-greedy and must-you-be-so-lustful words but loved with they'll-never-understand and I-can't-go-back-in-the-dark kisses and promises. The pace of their dance quickened with I-kidnapped-the-tin-can and we're-so-close-to-the-stone-I-can taste-it and soon they could feel deadly breaths down their necks with you're-acting-strangely and why-does-she-keep-coming-here and Greed-is-all-that-stands-our-way and neither knew what to do.
Through the back alleys, turning corners and into the darkness, the dance coiled and splayed and last goodbyes were whispered with don't-sleep-around-too-much-because-I-know-the-end-is-coming, and don't-say-stupid-things-like-that-when-you've-helped-me-remember-who-I-was and they parted ways one last time with longing glances and confusing wants and homunculi-aren't-supposed-to-feel.
And when Greed died, in that way he did, Fullmetal wailing-screeching-crying and Dante laughing-jeering-triumphant, Lust knew that the end was near, on it's way, that all of Dante's I-promise-my-pets and you-will-be-as-human-as-the-next-human-my-dears where fake and wrong and lies.
And Wrath laughed when he killed her, with her ears full of why-did-you-lie and where-is-my-Lust as the deadly dance of the most greedy and lustful came to an astonishing—
Stop.
And the fragile game of she-did-notice and now-I'm-gone was lost.
A/N: I've been meaning it write Lust/Greed for a while now, and I'm really proud of this. Review for me, please! Thanks for reading! :)
