Chuckling, Phineas scooped his squealing toddler up, spinning her around as he rose into the air on his own insect-like wings. The tiny girl laughed uncontrollably as he tossed her up and caught her once more, confidently using the sense of timing and firm grip earned after centuries of tinkering. Holding her close as they slowly descended, Bobble tapped her small nose with the tip of his finger as his feet connected with the earth. He gladly returned the cuddle she gave to his neck as he whispered into her pointed ear,
"Don't try to grow up too quickly, now."
