''Dr. Animo got out of prison two hours ago. He was known for using his Transmodulator to mutate animals,'' Acid Breath muttered as he read a newspaper. After dropping the paper, he glanced at a tiger. Acid Breath watched as the tiger paced in a cage. A frown appeared on his face. He turned to Thumbskull and Frightwig.
''We are going to protect our tiger from Dr. Animo. In case he wishes to mutate it. People enjoy seeing the tiger as it performs tricks in the circus tent,'' Acid Breath muttered. He began to smile. ''The tiger distracts people while we rob banks. A mutated tiger might cause people to flee.''
''The tiger isn't helpless. It has teeth and claws,'' Thumbskull said. He saw the return of Acid Breath's frown.
''Let's threaten Dr. Animo's animal if he appears with it. Dr. Animo won't mutate our tiger while he worries about his pet,'' Frightwig said.
Acid Breath turned to the tiger another time. He gasped as his eyes became wide. He viewed a man wearing a tank top with trousers, goggles,
gloves, boots, etc. Acid Breath also saw what appeared to be a colander on the man's head.
Frightwig and Thumbskull saw the man near the tiger's cage. Their eyes widened at the same time.
''Dr. Animo,'' Acid Breath muttered as he frowned. He focused on what he assumed was the Transmodulator. *How is a colander able to mutate animals?* he thought. Acid Breath trembled with rage as soon as Dr. Animo opened the cage door.
Dr. Animo grinned while the tiger stepped out of the cage. ''You are going to be my new pet after I mutate you. We will defeat my enemies as soon as possible,'' he said. Dr. Animo faced Acid Breath with Thumbskull and Frightwig. He continued to grin. ''You're not going to protect the tiger,'' he said.
Frightwig's hair writhed as she prepared to attack Dr. Animo. Her eyes became bigger again after the tiger jumped on Dr. Animo and knocked him down. She heard Dr. Animo while he gasped. ''Looks like I don't have to protect the tiger,'' Frightwig muttered. She grinned at Dr. Animo and the tiger. ''The animal is going to be the final thing you see. The cat does have claws,'' she said.
