Summary: While dealing with her mother's death, Kairi felt safe under Sora's arms. SoraxKairi Oneshot
Kairi hugged her mother for the last time. She still have to face the horrid truth that her mother passed away. "Mom! Don't go!" She said while tears were streaming down her eyes.
"Kairi, I…" her father held her in his arms. Kairi let go. "This is your entire fault! If it weren't for that woman this wouldn't happen!" Kairi screamed "Kairi I'm so sorry" Her Father said. "Just face it dad! If Mom didn't catch you making out with that woman, she would be still alive!" Kairi shouted as she left the hospital room. She ran down the hallways and towards the stairs until she made it to the exit of the hospital doors.
Kairi had nowhere to go. She kept running in the pouring rain. Tears kept falling down her cheeks.
"Kairi?" someone shouted. Kairi figured out who it was. "Sora?" Kairi shouted back. "Are you Okay?" Sora asked. "No! My Mom just…passed away" Kairi spoke softly.
"I'm so sorry Kairi." Sora said as he held Kairi's hands. Their eyes suddenly met.
Finally, they hugged each other under the rain. "I will never let you go Kairi. I'm always her for you." Sora said. Then he followed the words "I Love You." Kairi smiled "I Love you too." She said back.
Kairi realized that she will be safe under Sora's arms.
