D'Void walked into his dark chamber before he glanced at a crib. His eyes settled on two baby Null Guardians in it. Grinning, he approached them.
D'Void viewed the Null Guardians resting with stuffed animals in their tentacles. He scratched their backs. ''Daddy is here,'' he muttered under his breath.
Frowning, D'Void looked back. *At least my enemies aren't trespassing this time. They always try to defeat me for conquering the Null Void.
Adult Null Guardians are probably chasing them out of the citadel now* he thought.
D'Void collapsed on his bed and fell asleep. Hours later, he woke up and found himself in a dark chamber.
D'Void's eyes became wide. He couldn't see anything at all. He took four steps forward and reached out. *Hm?* D'Void thought after he touched what he assumed was a door.
''You are easy to capture when you're resting, D'Void.''
*I recognize that voice. Manny!* D'Void thought after he gasped. He scowled. ''How do you know I'm awake?''
''Footsteps,'' Manny said as he stood near the door.
''I'm in a cell? You arrested me?'' D'Void muttered under his breath.
''Exactly,'' Manny said.
D'Void wondered if his other enemies were by Manny. ''Are Pierce and Helen with you?'' he asked.
''Maybe.''
''Helen and I are standing near Manny,'' Pierce said.
''In case you're wondering, you are never getting out of prison, D'Void,'' Manny said.
D'Void gasped after he heard the baby Null Guardians' cries. ''You arrested baby Null Guardians with me?'' he asked. He never heard another reply from his enemies. Tears streamed down his face as he imagined Manny tearing his babies' wings to torment him.
D'Void never viewed Helen carrying the hungry babies.
