"I gotta go." Jo Taylor said with tears in her eyes.
"I know." Kendall Knight whispered to her, his heart breaking.
She took a deep breath and walked passed him, her blonde curls bouncing perfectly with each step.
Kendall walked over to the big glass window, waiting and watching as the love of his life literally flew away. His eyes started tearing up and he felt as if he had been torn in two. His friends and band-mates Logan Mitchell, James Diamond and Carlos Garcia were standing a few feet behind him.
Kendall turned to them, and James wrapped his arm around him in a comforting embrace.
"Come on, let's go home buddy." Logan said softly, and the four of them walked out of the airport, their heads down and not speaking a word.
-present day-
It was three years later and the sun was shining high over the Palm Woods, the place where the famous band, Big Time Rush just so happened to live.
Kendall Knight was relaxing by the pool on this beautiful day off.
"Hey babe." A girl's voice called over to him.
Kendall opened his eyes to see his girlfriend of two years, Lucy Stone walking over to him.
"Hey." He smiled, giving her a peck on the lips.
Lucy was known as the "bad girl" of the palm woods. She had black hair with red streaks, she rarely wore any other color than black, and she could and would beat up anybody that got in her way.
But Kendall still liked her.
"What do you say to dinner and a movie tonight?" He asked her, wrapping his arms around her.
"That sounds great." She smiled.
Kendall had the perfect life. His band was still going strong, having done a world tour only a year ago, and they were in the studio recording their fourth album at the moment. Not to mention everyone was jealous of his girlfriend. Everything was going great.
But he remembered that everything was going great with him and Jo as well…Until that stupid movie.
"Kendall?" Lucy asked.
"Yeah hun?"
"How about we go to that movie right now?"
"Alright." Kendall smiled, sitting up. "Let me just go get my jacket and I'll meet you at the door." He got up off his chair and walked into the lobby.
"Yo Kendall!" Guitar dude shouted over to him.
"Sup Guita-"
But before he could finish he felt his head crash into someone else's.
"Oh my god I am so- Kendall?"
Kendall looked up at the girl he had accidently ran into. His eyes popped and his jaw dropped.
"Oh my gosh…I c-can't believe it's you!" He heard her voice. As soft and sweet as it was all those years before. His heart started beating faster, thinking of the last time he had seen this girl. He tried not to cry at the thought.
"Kendall?" She asked him.
"J-Jo." He said, and he heard the beautiful symphony of a thousand violins in his head.
