Kurt glances at the clock on his bedside table. It's 4pm, he should be expecting Blaine about now. He has always hated flus, but never as much as he did now. How is Kurt Elizabeth Hummel supposed to look reasonably attractive to his perfect boyfriend when all he can think about is what soup he is having for lunch... It's just not fair.

Kurt's thoughts are stopped when he hears recognisable footsteps gradually get louder as they get closer to his room.

"Knock knock?" Kurt raises his head to see Blaine's peering around his bedroom door. With his hair is beautifully shaped, his huge hazel eyes glistening and his bowtie neatly pressed, he looks as perfect as ever. This only makes Kurt feel worse. Blaine's smile widens as he finds Kurt's eyes.

"Don't look at me!" Kurt starts whilst instantly reaching for his blanket and throwing it over his own head. He hears a chuckle ring through his room at his words.

"Oh you know I could never do that", Blaine cuts him off.

"I look hideous-"

"You look perfect."

Sighing, Kurt feels his heart flutter at his boyfriend's words.

"Blaine you should leave…"

"…Kurt"

"I'm going get you sick, Blaine." He feels his boyfriend's weight as Blaine sits at the bottom of his bed.

After a long pause, Blaine sighs. "I have just spent a whole school day worrying about my boyfriend, just missing you; your eyes, your cheeks… your lips. Kurt, I'm not going anywhere."

He reaches for the blanket and slowly moves it away from his boyfriends face. His feels his heart well up when he sees tears in those piecing blue eyes he never stops thinking about.

"Move over."

Kurt looks sceptically at Blaine for a moment, sighs, and shuffles along to the edge of the bed. Blaine takes the empty space and wraps his arms around his boyfriend.

"Kurt, you are so beautiful, nothing can change how perfect you are to me…" Blaine starts whilst slowly stroking up and down Kurt's warm spine with his thumb. "Especially not a common cold".

Kurt looks up at his boyfriend's eyes, which now too were glistening with fresh tears.

"I love you so much Blaine", Kurt raised his hand up to his boyfriends cheek.

"I love you too." Blaine breathed.

It was moments like these that Kurt loved. The moments when it was just them two together, no one to stare or judge them. It was also moments like these that made Kurt realise how foolish he had been to worry.

He felt Blaine gently lift Kurt's chin as he watched his eyes slowly trail down from his eyes to his lips.

"No we can't! I'll get you sick Blaine-" before he could finish, his boyfriend cut him off.

"I honestly don't care." Blaine breathed before lovingly pressing his lips to Kurt's.

Another perfect moment.
