Note: A very short story of a marine before he dies in a battle between the Zerg. this is my first story, it may not be good or anything, and it's short. so comment on what I did wrong in this. Have A Nice day!(I don't own Starcraft and such)(A user called justreidabook Edited this for me for no reason, so shout out to that awesome guy/girl)
It's raining again. How can it rain here? There's only lava, rock and ash. Yet i hear the drops of water falling on my armor. Maybe there is water, somewhere, on this desolate planet. No, not desolate. There's more Zerg on this planet than I could ever imagine, and- " Hey! Wake up!" Do i know that voice? No, I must be hearing things. "Can you hear me!? Hey!" I open my eyes, but I can't see anything in front of me, it's to blurry and unfocused. But i can hear people, yelling and running all over…" D-don't worry…" The voice fades "Reinforcements are on the way people! Defend this platform, just a little longer!" I-it's... " I'm not letting you die!" Her voice is so… Beautiful, even in such a chaotic environment... A rose in a vineyard of ivy… I'm closing my eyes again...I think… I think I'll just take a little nap. No one will notice, there are more capable than me here, and they'll take care of everything…" Damn It! Wake up! Wake up!"
"N-no...NO!" He can't be gone... I feel a hand on my shoulder, gently clenching down. I look back, and see a reaper, staring directly at me, while gunshots and cries of Zerg and Terrans echo through the air. He says in a muffled like, yet saddened voice…
"He's dead Jill."
