Fallen Warrior

The proud son of Gondor you were to some;

But not to me.

Faramir's brother and Denethor's son;

But more to me.

Boromir the Brave you have been called,

But there is more underneath.

Rash, but always there to listen,

That is how I knew you.

Reckless, but there to lend a shoulder,

That is how I will remember you.

Now rest in peace;

My brave warrior,

And know that none shall forget thee.
