Disclaimer: Don't own the characters. But if I did, Kate would definitely still be alive…

A/N: I dreamt about this last night, I thought I should expand on it a bit and share it with all of you. I know the team is so out of character but it's just a bit of fun! :D Please R&R

"What are we doing here?" Kate asked Tony.

"I'll explain when the others arrive," Tony said, watching Kate move around on the spot to keep warm in the harsh winter wind. Abby and McGee were next to arrive.

"Do you have any idea what we are doing here?" Kate asked, walking towards Abby.

"No, but McGee thought it is some exclusive party," she shrugged.

"In which Tony invited Gibbs?" Kate chuckled.

"True," Abby said, joining in the laughter.

"Alright, I'm here," Gibbs said, jogging up to them half an hour later.

"It's about bloody time! I'm frozen to the bone," Kate whined. Tony pushed back a door and held it open. Kate rushed forward and entered first.

"Tony what the hell? It's just a big empty warehouse!" she shouted over her shoulder. Once everyone was inside Tony closed the door.

"Hang on, while I find the lights," Tony muttered searching the wall, he found the switch and turned them on.

"Wow…" McGee breathed, noticing the big screen a few feet away.

"Yeah," Tony nodded.

"Is that the new model?" McGee gasped, walking forward and bent down to inspect the game console.

"It is indeed! I bought it a week ago," Tony smiled.

"Can we play on it?" Abby asked, bouncing up and down excitedly.

"Why do you think I brought you here?" Tony beamed.

"Bags first go!" Abby cried, rushing forward and grabbed the control. Once the screen had been turned on and the game up, Abby navigated her way through the menus and began the game. Ten minutes later she was dancing around bragging about her high score of 30 000.

"My turn," Tony said, snatching the control from Abby. After his game had ended he turned to Abby, "Sorry Abs" he smiled faintly.

"Don't worry, Abby. I can beat his score," McGee smirked, walking up to Abby.

"Beat ya you can't," Tony argued.

"I can so!" he said, grabbing the control out of Tony's hand. Fifteen minutes, McGee turned around with a big smile across his face. "Told you so!" he teased, poking out his tongue.

"My turn," Gibbs cut in to prevent McGee and Tony from fighting.

"You think that's a good idea Gibbs?" Abby asked.

"Why not?" He barked.

"Come on, you don't even use email!" Abby cried.

"You have a point but like you are well aware of, I like to try new things," he smiled and held out his hand for the remote. "Not bad for a guy who doesn't use his email," he chuckled ten minutes later. "Let's see if you can beat 5000," Gibbs said to Kate as he handed over the control.

Kate planted her feet firmly on the ground as the game began. Minutes later Kate frowned and put the control down as her score came up onto the screen.

"What? A measly 250!" she cried.

"Even Gibbs beat you!" Abby laughed. Kate glared over at Abby then pushed back her jacket and reached her gun. Frowning she looked down and saw it wasn't there.

"Rule number 5: Always carry your gun," Gibbs winked at Kate as he took it out of the holster and pointed it at the game console. Tony lurched forward but was too late as Gibbs shot three rounds.

"Ooooh, I love it when you make new rules!" Kate giggled with a big grin plastered across her face.

- The End -

A/N: I only remember the team being in the warehouse, in front of the screen and then Gibbs finally shooting the game console so I had to add some bits in between...
