Edward couldn't go to sleep with the thought of the alchemist that hadn't lost his gift after crossing the gate. And he was wondering if he would ever get back. He was longing to see Winry again, there last meeting was so long ago. "actually" he thought "it was getting kind of hard to remember his childhood days with his mother...."

Alphonse was walking around his block when he heard a siren. Then as he turned around he saw a brown haired eighteen year old (he knew because Edward eighteen and they were about the same size)
Then soon afterward there was a police car racing in the same direction as the man was going. After that he heard the faint sparks of …... "alchemy!" Alphonse said after a pause. He came back home after a few hours of searching for the alchemist and went to sleep on the couch.

Edward woke up Saturday afternoon and he knew Alphonse was waiting for him outside the door.
