Disclaimer: Robyn is a friend of mine but for the purposes of this story she belongs to me though no-one else does.
"Doesn't it bother you?" Sara asked Robyn as they sat around at the engagement party.
"Does what bother me?" she asked.
"That once you two are married Greg might, you know, play around," Sara asked her.
"Not really. Why would it?" Robyn said looking at Sara. Sara indicated Greg, flirting with Olivia.
"That," she said simply.
"That's just Greg," Robyn said smiling. "He flirts with anything and everything that's female, alive and human. But I trust him…within reason that is."
"Within reason?" Sara asked with a slight smile.
"In other words he's not getting anywhere near my children alone but I trust him in everything else," Robyn explained. "I love him. That's all there is to it."
"I guess," Sara admitted.
"It's all about taking the plunge," Robyn said gently. "Sometimes you don't know if you can trust someone. They might have hurt you in the past, they might still be trying to fix some things but sometimes you just have to believe that you can trust them."
"I know, I know," Sara said. "I already got this lecture from Catherine." Robyn laughed.
"I doubt it's the same," she said. "Catherine was probably talking about things before you and Gil got married. You still don't completely trust him though."
"How did you know?" Sara asked amazed.
"Every time I see you, you don't seem happy," Robyn said turning back to watch their husbands. "Its subtle, but I was unhappy until I met Greg, I know what not being able to trust someone looks like and feels like."
"You think its time for me to trust him?" Sara asked.
"I think you're the only one who is able to tell me that," Robyn said. "What do you think?" Sara thought for a moment.
"I think its time," she said softly. She spoke so quietly that she didn't think Robyn heard her. But if she had of looked, she would have seen the smile that crept across Robyn's face.
A/N: This is just a little thing that I've been thinking of recently. It's a continuation of my last story, Love Me. I hoped you liked it but please read and review anyway.
