Read to find out, hope you enjoy.
Blaine sighed as Kurt helped connect him to a new supply of his medicine and helped him into bed. He really hated life. He almost died to years ago and ever since he was confined to a wheelchair and not able to test any of his inventions since he needed to stay connected to this blue liquid that kept him alive. Kurt just smiled as he was connected again."Anything else you need, Mr. Anderson?" The younger boy asked.
"Kurt, for the final time...It's Blaine. You've been my assistant for 2 years now. And yeah, I could use a water."
"Of course Mr-I mean, Blaine. One H2O coming right up, sir." Kurt gave another smiled and headed out of Blaine's quarters and down a narrow hallway to the kitchen.
Blaine smiled to himself, Kurt was always so reliable. Especially in his condition.
Time seemed to fly as only a few minutes later, Kurt strolled back in with a glass of ice cold water, the glass slightly slippery in this palm as condensation had formed on the glass surface.
"Here you go, sir. One glass of water." Blaine smiled and gratefully gulped it down on it in a matter of seconds, desperate to add moisture to his dry mouth and throat.
"Thanks, Kurt." Kurt gave an appreciative smile and slowly turned down the lights and helped with Blaine's pillows, so he could have a comfortable rest.
Right as Kurt was about to leave and Blaine was about to delve into sleep; when he called out - "Kurt!" The boy turned on heel and looked back at him.
"Do you wanna...maybe move in? I mean, you're always here and...you don't go home as often as before. You stay the night here a lot and-" Kurt gave a grin and nodded.
"I'll sleep on it." Kurt took an extra pillow and blanket from faded-brown, dusty, dirty armchair in the corner of Blaine's quarters, offered Blaine one final smile, closed the door and slipped into the guest bedroom he so often stayed in nowadays.
His dreams were consumed by the thoughts of moving in with the man he's helped for a long time, and...he even smiled as the idea of being with the slightly older man took over his thoughts. That night was the most peaceful sleep in months, and he just knew, that he had to say yes.
