Big, intelligent, charcoal-gray eyes.

White hair with black roots.

A rather small nose with the slightly upturned tip, always wrinkling a tiny bit between the eyes, whenever he smiles this adorably bright and toothy smile of his.

Usually wearing a black shirt with a grey cravat, the typical white dove-coat over it and dark pants. Often seen with a book or two in his hands reading it, sometimes wearing big round glasses when doing so. This was Haise Sasaki.

The young man who tended to visit her café every now and then. Touka knew him from her past, but he didn't seem to remember her at all. She supposed that he's suffering from amnesia, not knowing about his past, which included her as a part of it.

It was somehow painful for her to know that, but it also made her happy, because that meant that he couldn't remember all the unbelievably cruel things he had to go through in his past life. He seemed a lot healthier now, not as pale anymore, a lot more self confident and strong and he even was able to smile. Not the fake smile like he had in the past, no, it was a sweet and honest one, which was often directed to her, but also a lot towards his underlings which sometimes came along with him.

There again he sat, on his usual place by one of the big windows, deeply focused on a stack of papers in front of him, as his eyes flew over the lines in a quick, graceful gaze.

Head propped onto his left hand, holding the coffee she just brewed him in the other.

Focused on his reading like this, he didn't notice that she was observing every little motion he made.

He suddenly stiffed and put down his cup, before sitting himself up in a straighter position. The hand that had been holding his head quickly grabbed the table and she could see his expression change into one she knew too well. She knew what was going to happen and she had to supress to burst out in laughter at the sight.

His nose started to make a wrinkle between his eyes, which started to flutter.

"huh...huUH..."

His nostrils widened slightly and one half of his upper lip slightly pulled up, while he bit onto his bottom one, as he inhaled quickly and hastily brought it his right hand in front of his mouth.

"..PFFFN!"

Touka struggled a bit with not laughing at this, he sneezed like a little cat, just as he did back then.

It was ridiculously cute and absolutely hilarious at the same time.

A little giggle escaped her though and she quickly clasped her hands over her mouth to prevent the laughter bubbling up from rolling over her lips. He gave her a slightly offended look, but gave her a smile afterwards. "The 'kitten-sneeze' huh?" he said in an amused tone while he took out a handkerchief from his pocket to clean his nose. A snort escaped Touka's mouth and she couldn't stop herself from laughing anymore. "Ah..sorry it's just.." She started and wiped away a tear of laughter that almost escaped her eye. "It was hilarious haha" Another giggle escaped her, but she could see that his face beamed up with laughter too.

She could have sworn that, even though this was the first time she ever heard him laugh,

it was the most stunningly wonderful sound she'd ever heard.
