A Birth and a Fall part 4 (nearly done)
Hermione was staring, petrified, at the forming Harry.
"Hermione, why? Why did you restore me? Now I am mortal, weaker, and can never return to the
sky."
"Harry... I... I... couldn't stand a lifetime without you." said Hermione, tears of joy going
down her face. "Anyway, I have my trial this afternoon..."
Harry, Ron, and Hermione walked down the road to the Wizarding Courthouse (which, to Muggles, looks like an
abandoned movie theater).
"We are gathered to prosecute Hermione Granger for using the Killing Curse on a wizard. True,
an evil wizard, but Aurors have pledged not to use it. How many beleive that Miss Granger is innocent..." everyone but the Malfoys and a few other Muggle-haters
raised their hands, "and how many believe that she should serve a terms of five years in Azkaban?" said the judge.
(only the Muggle-haters raised their hands)
"Furthermore, she invented a spell that messes with time, but we will let her off for that... I mean,
she must've wanted to see Harry again."
"OBJECTION!" shouted Draco, eyes wide with shock. "YOU'RE LETTING THAT MUDBLOOD FILTH WALK AWAY?!
I SHOULD CURSE YOU TO PEICES!"
"Sustained. Guards, take Draco away and hand him to the dementors. He is disturbing the peace.
"FOOL! THAT MUDBLOOD LIVING WILL DESTROY IT MORE THAN MY SON THREATENING TO CURSE YOU TO PEICES!" shouted Luscius.
"And the father, to."
Guards took Draco and Luscius away to the dementors.
"You are free." said the judge.
Suddenly, a dozen puffs of smoke appeared and a heavily-armored Voldemort materialized.
"Ha. So nice to see you... alive and well, since it gives me the pleasure to KILL YOU! Granger, you first." said Voldemort.
"LEAVE HER ALONE!" shouted Harry, eyes burning in hatred.
