Hello! This is my first contribution to the fandom, and it's a pairing I never thought I'd write. But here I am.
DISCLAIMER/WARNINGS: Narnia is not mine. The title was borrowed from the A.E. Houseman poem of the same name. This is post Last Battle, so spoilers apply. Character death, and incest.
Sideways glances, cautious gazes, knowing eyes, nervous smiles, hidden meanings, covert meetings, southern sun, northern sky.
Folded notes in his palm, hushed whispers in her ear, tracks left by bare feet, a touch on the wrist, his hand on her waist, hot breath on her cheek, his lips on her neck, fingers tangled in her hair, his tongue in her mouth.
Weight of the crown, weight of the world, names etched in stone. She remembers his face, she remembers his touch, she remembers his taste.
Skin on skin, flesh on flesh, heart to heart, ashes to ashes, dust to dust.
Thanks for reading, and please review!
