Queen Amber lay holding her newborn daughter. King Caspian IX and their son Caspian X walked in.
"Come here Caspian. Come look at your baby sister," the Queen said barely louder than a whisper being careful not to wake the newborn princess.
The four year old climbed on the bed next to his mother, "what's her name?"
The Queen smiled at her husband, "Roseanna Grace of Telmeran," she said.
The King smiled, "would you like to hold her Caspian?" he asked. The boy nodded excitedly. On one side sat a happy mother on the other side sat a happy father. In the middle sat the excited son holding their newborn daughter and together they made a very happy and loving family. Only in a few short years this family would be torn apart by a jealous and greedy man.

Rosie's POV
The maids woke me up late one night they said that my aunt, the current queen, wanted me with her while she had her baby and currently was in labor. I rushed out of bed and quickly got dressed. My aunt and I are very close unlike my uncle she is really nice and sweet and has always treated me like her daughter. My mother and her best were best friends till my mom died. I rushed down the hall to her room. Inside my aunt laid on her bed, sweat covered her forehead, and she looked in a lot of pain. I rushed over and grabbed her hand and began to pat her forehead with a wet cloth.
"I'm so glad you're here," she said squeezing my hand tighter. Even though she didn't say it I knew she was scared. This was her first child, and my uncle wasn't much help considering he didn't care about her.
"You are doing great," I told her.
I was holding my new baby cousin; he was sooo cute, when Dr. Cornelius walked in.
"May I speak to Princess Roseanna?" he asked. I nodded and passed my cousin to his mother before following him outside.
"You and Caspian must leave my Princess," he whispered.
"Why," I whispered back.
"Because now that Miaz has a heir he will kill you," he said rushing me to my room, "now pack I will get your brother meet us in the stables." I nodded and we ran off in opposite directions. I changed into my riding dress. It was a dark emerald dress that matched my eyes, with a dark brown corset, a dark brown hooded cloak that touched the floor, and knee high lace up boat. I didn't have time to grab anything else because I heard the guards coming. I jumped in my closet and took the secret passageway to the stables.
Caspian was already on his horse. My horse, Annie, a black Frisian was saddled and waiting for me. Dr. Cornelius handed what looked like a horn to my brother and whispered instructions then we took off galloping. We galloped over the bridge and through the woods, but Miaz men were chasing us and were getting closer and closer. Caspian was turning around to see how close Miaz men were when he was knocked off his horse by a branch. I was about to stop but he motioned for me to keep going. Three little figures ran out of a tree, but that's all I saw. As I was galloping I heard what sounded like a horn. Caspian must have used the horn; I hope he is okay.
Annie galloped till we reached a clearing of ruins. I took Annie's tack off before letting her graze in the nearby apple orchard. I fell asleep under one of the trees in the apple orchard staring at the stars and praying to Aslan that my brother was safe.
