Tenten smiled cheerfully as Neji looked at her, flabbergast.
"I win!" She called out, before narrowing her eyes at the poor Hyuuga. "You owe me ramen!"
"B-but, that's not fair!" The usually calm and cold Hyuuga whined. Tenten glared.
"Not fair? I've beaten you three times in a row! Admit it, I'm better at this then you!" Neji glared at her.
"No you are not!" He yelled out.
"Yes I am, or else you wouldn't be hanging by Kunai on a tree!" Tenten shouted out. Neji pouted, not willing to admit that he just got beaten by a girl.
"No you're not. I just let you win!" He lied, knowing full well that he didn't, but what can he say when he's stuck to a tree? Tenten glared at the Hyuuga. If it can, the glare would surely send him or anyone else in that moment to hell.
"You better be lying, Neji Hyuuga." She growled out, ready to attack him again. This time, bent on actually killing him. Neji gulped, eyes widen in fear.
"Okay! Okay, so I didn't let you win." Suddenly, the killer instint left and Tenten was happy again. Man, talk about mood swings.
"Thought so! Now come on, you lost and you owe me ramen!" She said, leaving him. Neji sighed as he grabbed the kunai and plucked himself off the tree. Later, inside of the stand, everyone started to snicker.
"I can't believe the great and powerful Neji lost! And to Tenten at that!" Naruto snickered. Sasuke smirked.
"Never thought you would have lost to her, Neji." He said. "Or maybe, it's because you love her so much, that you've lost." He mumbled, earning him a glare from Neji. Meanwhile, the girls giggled.
"So much for the prideful Hyuuga, huh?" Sakura asked, turning towards Tenten. Hinata giggled.
"Tenten, you're the only one who can put Neji-san back in his place! I'm proud to call you my sister!" Hinata squealed, hugging her. Ino nodded.
"Yeah! How did you do it?" She asked. Tenten laughed as she twirled the kunai in her hand.
"All part of Ninja Tag." She said and then winked. "And besides, I'm just too good at that." The girls laughed.
Cute isn't? I just thought of this when I had finished My Sweet Love, My Sweet Dove story. R&R.
