It is a lovely sunny day and Gumball, Darwin, and Anais are riding their bicycles. "That's a fine pumpkin, Richard," said Nicole.
Richard is very proud of his pumpkin. "Pumpkins are the only thing I can grow. Probably because I love pumpkin pie," he said.
"Come on, Anais. Penny! Tobias! Joe!" Gumball yelled.
Gumball, Darwin, and their friends, Penny Fitzgerald, Tobias Wilson, and Banana Joe, are riding their bicycles. Anais is riding her tricycle. "She's going so slowly," said Darwin.
"Let's race to your dad's pumpkin," said Penny.
"If we race to Dad's pumpkin, we have to be very careful not to bump into it. Dad would be very sad if the pumpkin got broken," Gumball explained.
"Don't worry, guys. Race you," said Penny.
Gumball, Darwin, and their friends are racing to Richard's pumpkin. "Hey, watch out for my pumpkin," said Richard.
"Hooray!" Penny yelled.
"Gumball, Darwin, look out. Dad's pumpkin," said Nicole.
"Whoa!" Gumball and Darwin yelled.
"Sorry, Mr. Dad," said Darwin.
"Look at Anais. She's going so slowly. Anais is still riding a baby bike," Gumball claimed.
"Yours are baby bikes too, Gumball and Darwin. You've still got training wheels," Penny explained.
"I can ride without my training wheels," Joe bragged.
"Me too," Tobias bragged.
"And me," Penny bragged. "Let's ride up the hill again. Are you coming, Gumball and Darwin?"
"No, we think we'll stay here," said Darwin.
"See you later," said Tobias.
"Bye," said Gumball.
Gumball and Darwin wished they didn't have training wheels on their bicycles. "Mr. Dad, we don't want training wheels anymore," said Darwin.
"Do you think you can ride without them?" asked Richard.
"Yes," said Gumball.
"You've never done it before," Nicole recalled.
"We can do it. We can, we can," said Darwin.
The boys tried it but then fell down. "AAH!" they screamed.
Everybody laughed at the two boys. "It's not funny," Gumball pouted.
Riding without training wheels is not easy. "Would you like some help, boys?" Richard requested.
"Yes, please, Mr. Dad," said Darwin.
"All right. Ready, steady, go," said Richard.
"Don't let go, Dad," said Gumball.
"Don't worry. I've got you," said Richard.
"You're doing really well, boys," said Nicole.
"Hold on, Mr. Dad," said Darwin.
"Just keep pedaling," said Richard.
Gumball and Darwin are riding on their own without training wheels. "Dad, you let go," said Gumball.
"You've been cycling on your own for ages," said Richard.
"Have we?" Darwin asked, suddenly.
"You're really very good at it," Nicole pleaded.
"Are we?" Gumball asked.
"Oh, we can do it. Look at us, look at us. We can ride our bikes properly," Darwin bragged.
"Penny, Tobias, Joe, look. We don't need training wheels anymore. Look at us," Gumball bragged.
"Hooray!" Penny, Tobias, and Joe yelled.
"Race you to Mr. Dad's pumpkin," said Darwin.
"Whee!" Gumball and Darwin yelled.
"Gumball, Darwin, look out! My pumpkin!" Richard called out.
"We're going to win," Gumball bragged.
Gumball and Darwin were not looking where they were going. "Whoa!" the boys yelled, flying out of their bikes. "Whoops!" they screamed after they landed.
They squashed Richard's pumpkin. "Sorry we squashed their pumpkin, Mr. Dad," said Darwin.
"Never mind the pumpkin. The important thing is that you are okay. In the future you really must look where you're going," said Richard.
"We promise we will, Dad," said Gumball.
"Good. Anyway, now the pumpkin is broken, I can make it into pumpkin pie," said Richard.
"We love pumpkin pie!" Darwin beamed.
"And because Richard's pumpkin is so big, there will be enough pumpkin pie for everyone," said Nicole.
THE END!
