I LOVE YOU

I was sitting on Edward's bed doing homework while Edward was playing his piano. I looked up from my homework to look at him. I loved sitting here watching him.
"Please tell me what you are thinking" Edward said in a sigh. I knew that not being able to read my thoughts frustrated him.
"Just watching you" I replied. "I love watching your reactions and actions"
"Do tell Miss Swan" he looked at me as if to say 'you won't be able to tell me everything'
"You run your hands through your hair when you are frustrated, your eyes darken when I refuse to tell you my thoughts, you bite your lip when you are in deep concentration and you tilt your head a certain way when the piano because, even though you have played a thousand times, you enjoy it like it is your first time playing"
The look on his face was pure shock but I didn't stop.
"I love the way you always touch me, even if it's something as innocent as touching my hair or holding my hand. I love the way you always open the door for me even though I can easily do it myself. I love how you always find a way to cheer me up when I am sad or mad and I love the way you hold me to your chest so you can hold me as close to your heart as possible".
"Bella I don't have a heart" he argued.
"NO. I may not be able to hear it, I may not be able to feel it beating beneath my hand but that doesn't mean that you don't have a heart. You have the most caring and loving heart out of anyone I have ever met" I finished.
There was a couple of seconds of pure silence before I found myself on my back with Edward on top of me, kissing me
"I love you so much. Nobody has ever noticed that much about me. God I love you" he kissed me again then rested his forehead on mine.
I put my hand on his cheek and he sighed and leaned into my touch.
This is how I will spend the rest of existence. In the arms of my one true love…..
