Into The Friend zone- part one
Serena, Clement, Ash, and Bonnie have stopped at a Pokémon center for the night. Serena was not listening to the others conversations. She was thinking about exactly what she would say to Ash Ketchum when she finally got the guts to confess her crush.
"It's about time Bonnie went to bed." Clement said. Bonnie pouted. "But I want to stay up with Ash and watch him train!" She whined. "Come on Bonnie take it easy. It's your bedtime!" Clement scolded sternly. "Ok..." she sulked, following Clement out of the room. Serena and Ash started walking outside. Serena, still lost in her thoughts, looked up at the darkening sky. The moon looked so pretty, and she finally got a burst of hope and inspiration. She stopped suddenly.
"Hey, Ash?" She asked nervously. He tuned around. "What's up, Serena?" Serena imagined the moment in her minds eye, and it all seemed perfect.
"It's something I've been wanting to say for quite a while..."
"Ok, what is it?"
"I really like you, Ash!" She blurted quickly, and smiled. She waited with her heart in her throat while waiting for his answer. "I really like you too Serena!" He said. Her heart skipped a beat. Could it be? Could it?
"You're a great friend!"
Epilogue -Approximately 0.0030000201084842 seconds later-
Serena felt her heart shatter. She ran away from the Pokémon center and to a train station.
"All aboard!" Shouted the conductor. "Friendzoned!"
Serena sat on one of the five empty seats. The conductor came by. "What's your story?" He asked. Serena sighed. "Friend zoned by childhood crush."
