Hello one and all to 'Reality Number 4', the fifth fan fiction I've published!

I'm FINALLY making a 'Danny Phantom' fan fic! I've been putting this off for way too long... Stupid writers block... I think I'm in the clear for it, but I haven't been able to come up with much for 'Our Fight'. (It's a Cardfight Vanguard fic I usually update on Saturdays. But I haven't updated it for so long now... I have no idea what to do next. I mean, I do, but I don't know how to write it out! It sucks...)

(Clears throat.) Sorry for the rambling. I needed to get that off my chest. So yeah, this is a 'Danny Phantom' fic. I'm just gonna say, for as long as I can remember, this show has been, and always will be, my most favorite fandom. I mean, I had momentarily forgot all about it at one point, but when I remembered it, I fell in love with it all over again! Unfortunately, it ended, and the ending of the series, 'Phantom Planet', was not satisfying in the least.

Before you all ask, this is not an alternate ending to it. But 'Phantom Planet' never happened in this, or it did, but Danny never revealed his secret, still trying to figure that out...

Anyway, I've kept you all long enough. So without further ado, here's 'Reality Number 4'!

...

The first thing they were all aware of was pain, and lots of it. So much of it, that some of them once again fell into unconsciousness. Only those who were used to pain, or had a high tolerance for it, were able to stay awake. Though, not for long. At least, for some of them.

The second thing they were aware of was smoke. Thick, suffocating smoke. So thick, more of them fell into a dreamless sleep, fainting from the lack of oxygen caused by the large flames scattered around the... white... lab? That was odd. Last they checked, the lab was blue.

The third thing the trio was aware of was sound. Loud, blaring sound. So loud, two of them fell into soundless black, the pounding headache caused by the alarms being too much for them to handle. In a way, it was almost funny. With Amity Park's constant ghost attacks, you'd think they'd be used to loud sounds, as they had to listen to buildings collapse or the explosions caused by said attacks.

The fourth thing she was aware of was the color red. Flashing, blinding red. So bright, she had to fight the urge to blink or close her eyes for a few moments, not wanting to fall into darkness. Unfortunately, that fight ran out quickly, exhaustion taking over all her senses. She only had seconds to register one, last thing.

The last thing Sam saw was short, black hair and a pair of worried, tearful blue eyes.

This chapter came out better than expected. I'm proud of it!

So that was the first chapter of 'Reality Number 4', 'Chapter 0: Five Things', hope you all enjoyed it. All I really have to say about this chapter was that it was hard to decide if this chapter should be in italics or not. But I think this is just fine. Though, it is really short. (Smiles) Don't worry, futures will be longer.

Until The Next Raid!
