Prompt - [Location] The Trophy Room
Rating - K
Word Count - 184
Harry stood looking through the clear glass, gazing at all the trophies his father had won. He always knew his dad was good at Quidditch, but he hadn't realised he was this talented. Harry was a bit jealous; he had won much more than he ever could.
There was a trophy for Seeker who caught the most Snitches, a trophy for the Captain who had led their team to most victories, a trophy for the youngest Seeker - the only one that had Harry's name on it - and so many more. Most of them had the name 'James Potter' carved into them.
Harry wanted to be more like his dad, he really did. But, he knew that he had far more significant, problems. He knew he couldn't be like him, not with Voldemort on the loose, always chasing him, always hunting him down.
So, every once in a while, Harry would come down to the Trophy Room, just to admire his dad, wishing and hoping he could meet him. Harry knew that the Trophy Room was the closest he would ever get.
Thanks to Verity (Verity Graham's) and Saturnine's (Saturnine Spiders) for betaing :)
