Father still had a grudge against the Kids Next Door after the events in Operation I.N.T.E.R.V.I.E.W. and decided to make fake clinical trial ad for being paid which will lure 2 unfortunate young adults from Los Guerrero, major metropolis south of Peach Creek and Lemon Brook, into his trap. After Father subdue them with ammonia and a mix of other deadly nerve agents, he proceeded to use both supernatural and magic crystals and scrolls for chant rituals to make them into his silhouette army just to make Grandfather proud. Unfortunately, the powers and the Delightfulization chamber did not mix well and produce one of the most deadliest duos the world has reckon with at a time when cartoons and some video games from different multi-universes will collide in a Major Universal War, in which the duo will have to end the war to save the universe in a destructive manor.
