What glory does emit to one so young,
I pray you use in me.
So I can grow, with upheld dignity,
And earn the grace I reap.
I hope that you will see in me,
My father and my king;
A hope so far indulged in you,
That someday I may glean;
That you are not one,
Who with seasoned eyes,
Looks down into my soul.
But one who sees, a man of honor,
With offerings, today, to bring.
Amen
