Leap for Oreos
EHHH! EHHH! EHHHH! "Oh shut up already you stupid alarm clock." Said Mr. O. Then he realized that today was the big day. He was actually going into space, and to think only 6 months ago he was just chosen and to be this worried is horrible. But the sooner I get home the better because I got a lot to look forward to like family.
"I am ready, I am ready." I kept telling myself. I wasn't as sure about that as I was at first. I'm strapping up into my seatbelt and over the intercom Houston to star commander. Star commander here what is that you need? Just had to check on you and in T-10 seconds blastoff will happen. Counting down 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1-0 Blastoff!
Up and away we went and I was expecting something a little more of a powerful kick. No all it was a few seconds of butterflies in my stomach and we were in space. When we were told that we could unbuckle I did and I started floating. It was cool at first until I started floating away then we had a fight to where you throw things at each other.
I thought to myself when we got into the moons atmosphere I was thinking about what I would say when we landed. I thought and I had to write it down. The ship finally stopped and I and Gus got into the mini sub ship.
We made it onto the surface of the moon and Gus got out first while I followed. I put the flag into the crust and I took one step and said "one step for Mr. Oreo and one leap for Oreos all around the world." Gus was rolling around the moon in the mars rover.
When we finally got back it had been almost 3 days. As soon as we got there the paparazzi were on us like vultures and some C.I.A agents escorted us home and that is when I got to go home and meet my beautiful daughter and my wifep
