Summery: They say the BAU are a family. So what are there roles in that family? Read from outsider's POV

The BAU family

I've noticed alot of thing's about the BAU. While alot of people may see thier team as just a team there a lot more than that. There family. Now I know that may seem weired for a co-workers but it work's for them. I have also noticed that they all have a role in that family.

First there's Hotch. The leader. He would be the mother. Now I know that it's weired thinking of a man as a 'mother' but when his team is in danger or simply need's someone he's the mama bear ready to attack to defend her childeren. He's the one that keep's the team together and makes it so they alway's have someone to turn to. To take all the burden on to his shoulders.

Next is Rossi. He would be the father. He makes sure the mother, in this case Hotch, dosn't take on too much and dosn't go to hard on the others. Like the mama bear, he's equally ready to attack anyone who harms the people he cares about. While he would protect them he likes dealing with his own problem's and has difficulty asking for help no matter how much he needs it.

Then there's Morgan. He's the big brother of the group. He loves to tease the other 'childrean' but will brake your neck if you said anything about those he cares about. Stubborn and strong he's the ladies man that gives the youngest advice. If they need some one to talk to he's there and won't say anything enless it affects someone's safty or will help them get better.

Then there's Garcia. The peppy big sister that can always put a smile on there faces. Always help's them and if they had a D.T. she could get it deleted out of the school's system. Bright and colorful she's always obstamistic. Like the other's meantioned she will ruin your whole life with the press of a botten, literally.

Next is JJ. She's the bright sunny sister that gives great advice when you come and ask for it. Caring and understanding she's the one they go to when they need a good cry. Though she may be small she know's how to handle herself and not afriad to stand up to the guy's she works with.

Next is Emily. Smart and slightly nerdy in a good way she loves teasing and messing with her 'brothers'. She would do anything for her 'family' and would hurt anyone who would try to harm them. While the teasing goes toward her 'brothers' she also spendes plenty of time shopping and partying with her 'sisters'. She can usally alway's seem what's wrong.

Last but not least is Spencer Reid. He's the youngest brother. No, correction he's the genuis younger brother. He's the walking factbook and also the danger magnet. Always getting into some sort of trouble regardless of if some one placed him there or if he placed himself there. Socially ackward he seems to only really allows his team his 'family' to get close to him.

And that's the BAU team.
