I'm SO sorry! I haven't posted ANYTHING in like six months!

So if anyone cares, this is what's been happening:

I started my GCSE's so my teachers have been crazy about homework, I starred in the school play We Will Rock You which was SO much fun! Then it was christmas, then I got really bad flu (which i'm still recovering from) and then it's just been school, school, school!

This is an idea I've had for a while now, but I just decided to sit down and write it, obviously this is just a prolougue, to get you all into the story. PLEASE review, if you don't review, you wont get the story. Simple as!

Being broken by your own family is like a cat being friends with a mouse; it doesn't happen. Well, unless you're in my position, which means, it does happen.

You see, I don't really have a family. I live in an orphanage, and every two months, my mother comes to see me, and every time she whispers the same thing "Next time I'm here, I'll have convinced daddy to let me bring you home." But I think we both know I'll never leave the orphanage.

I'm sixteen years of age; I have long, curly brown hair and brown eyes. I go to the local public school, which is practically a school of orphans, and I have a job at a small coffee shop in town. I was dumped at the orphanage when I was two years of age, left alone; it was as if my parents just stopped caring about me. I've never been told why it happened, but I gather that daddy stopped caring, I can't even remember him…who is he?

My Mum is really amazing. Every time she comes to see me, she brings me books that she and my older brother, Jason, have been reading, yes I have an older brother, called Jason. The last time I saw him, I was fourteen, because Mum always comes to see me on a Saturday, and Jason has band practise or something.

I wish to see him again. I wish to see Daddy; I wish Daddy would let me come home, but wishes…they are just wishes.
