Why Don't They See?

Author's note: The title might not fit, but it
was the only one I could think of. This is in dedication to poor
Mil, who never really got Akira or Mei. It's Mil's view on her male
and female 'onenisama' that she loves so dearly. AkiraxMei, and one
sided MilxAkira and MilxMei. Just read it. For those who recognize
the seen Mil witnesses...yes, it's from the last episode (I think, from
what I remember..)..
Note: Onenisama! -> Big Sister Brother!

"Onenisama!!" shouted the happy princess. She blinked and stopped speaking abruptly when she saw her onenisama smile gently and speak to someone she couldn't see.
But she knew who that her female onenisama was talking to male onenisama. The two she loved so much, loved eachother. They only liked her as a little sister. A little sister they had to protect.
Why didn't they see her as something more than that? She loved both male and female onenisama. How come they didn't see her they way she saw them?
Her heart sank as she saw female onenisama blush and look away from the one Mil could not see.
In the other world, female and male onenisama had been brother and sister, in two different bodies, but had still been inseperable. No matter what, the two loved eachother so much that they probably would never have any room in their hearts for her to squeeze into. Just a tiny spot in their hearts, so they would love her a little too.
Mil would be content enough with just that. Then she'd be able to stand their love for eachother. She wanted them both, but if she couldn't, let her have a tinh place in their hearts.
Finally, Mil decided it was time to appear. Smiling cheerfully, she ran to female onenisama and wrapped her arms around her in a big hug.
"Don't disappear on me like that! I thought you had left me!" she half-lied, knowing that onenisama would never leave her without goodbye on purpose, but the fear had still arose. She smiled as female onenisama stuttered an apology.
Thinking about it, being their little sister meant that she was in their hearts, not the way she wanted to be, but it would have to be enough.
Mil smiled as her onenisama gave her a gentle, comforting hug. Yes, it would have to be enough.
Mil closed her eyes contentedly. And it would eventually be enough.
