Character bios:
Atem: The former Pharaoh of Egypt and friend of Mana and Mahado. He wears the Millenium Puzzle. Unbeknowest to him, he is Mahado and Kuroi's younger adoptive little brother. He has no memories of his birth place or his real parents. His memories were erased by Mahado. He also has an adopted cousin named Seto.
Mahado: Guardian and protecter of Atem and Mana. He is also a priest of the Pharaoh's court. He wears the Millenium Ring. Because Atem doesn't have memories of his real parents or birth place, he has hidden the fact that he is one of Atem's older adoptive twin brothers as a secret. He has erased the memories of everyone who had seen Atem be adopted into the royal family so he could keep a promise to Atem's real parents. He also has a twin brother named Kuroi, who was separated from him and Atem at the age of five. He was turned into a vampire at birth. He also erased Atem's memories of his real parents and his birth place.
Seto: A High Priest of the Pharaoh's court who knows nothing about Atem being adopted. He is the holder of the Millenium Rod. He is Atem's adopted cousin.
Isis: The healer of the Pharaoh's court. She wears the Millenium Necklace. She was one of the three priests to be around when Atem got adopted, but her memories were erased by Mahado.
Mana: Atem and Mahado's childhood friend. She also learns magic from Mahado. She doesn't know about Atem being adopted.
Karim: The strongest priest in the Pharaoh's court. He is the holder is the Millenium Scales. He was the second priest to see Atem get adopted. Mahado erased those memories.
Shada: He can look into the souls of the living with the power of the Millenium Key. He is the thrid priest to see Atem get adopted into the royal family. Had his memories erased by Mahado.
Kuroi: Mahado's twin brother and Atem's other adoptive older brother. He was separated from Mahado and Atem at the age of five. He was also turned into a vampire at birth. He now wanders Egypt with a woman named Shizuka to find them again.
Shizuka Hio: The pureblood vampire who turned Mahado and Kuroi into vampires. She went after Atem but was stopped by his real parents. She slautered them and went after Atem, only to find out that he left with Mahado and Kuroi. She went after Mahado and Kuroi and separated them from each other to get to Atem. She now travels with Kuroi to find them again.
