This fic is based off of a scene from the Disney movie 'Robin Hood'. You know, the one with the animals being the characters? Well, if you watch this scene, the turtle's name really is Tobi! -giggle- and that's where I got the idea to do this fic. For those of you familiar with my writing, this is my first official Naruto fan fic (I usually do FMA, Envy-centric fics…) but here goes! Enjoy!

Kisame ran ahead of the group of children that trailed after him. A new kunai was in his pouch and he was eager to try it out.
"Kisame! Wait up!" Deidara yelled, running after him.
The blue skinned child halted, making the other four run into him and fall down. Tobi readjusted his small mask as Blue scowled at Kisame. "That hurt!"
Deidara jumped up, knocking Itachi back down as he did so. "Are you going to try it out?"
"I wanna try it first!" Blue said excitedly.
"Can I try, Kisame?" Tobi persisted, tugging on his sleeve.
Kisame set his little jaw firm. "No, I'm going to do it first." The others groaned. Kisame always had to be first when it came to these things.
He pulled it out and took careful aim.
"You're aiming it too high," Itachi said.
"I'm not either. Just watch this." He threw it and the five watched the kunai soar into the air and over the wall of the castle.
The five ran over, looking in through the gate that lead into the back courtyard.
"Now you've done it," Deidara said. "Right into Lord Zetsu's backyard."
"Itachi told you, you were pointing it to high," Blue scolded.
Kisame frowned and stepped through the bars of the gate.
"You can't go in there!" Deidara said grabbing the back of his shirt.
"Yeah. Sempai said Lord Zetsu will eat you," Tobi piped up.
Kisame pulled away from Deidara's grasp. "I don't care. I've gotta get my kunai back."
"Wait a minute," Blue said. "Tobi might tattle on you."
"Yeah Tobi, you've gotta take the oath," Deidara said, poking his mask with a finger.
"An oath?"
"Put your hand over your heart and cross your eyes," Blue ordered, doing the same. The others imitated. Even Itachi. To them, this was a very serious thing.
"Slugs, snakes and a fat frog head," Kisame said.
"Slugs, snakes and a fat frog head," Tobi repeated.
"If I tattle-tail, I'll die till I dead," Kisame said, moving forward threateningly.
Tobi cowered. "I-if I tattle-tail…I'll…die till I'm dead…"
Satisfied that Tobi would not betray him to the hands of the adults, Kisame climbed through the bars of the gate and snuck into the court yard. He could see his kunai in the ground near the outline of a bat mitten field.
The others watched with wide eyes, their faces pressed to the bars of the gate.
Two women were playing in the field, rackets in their hands and a white birdie being swatted back and forth. Kisame barely paid attention to their conversation. Or their playing. At the first sign of the women's distraction he dashed forward to grab his kunai.
As his hands just brushed the handle he saw one of the women had been bending over to pick up the fallen birdie. Their eyes met and the women blinked. Then she smiled through her blonde hair. "Well hello there."
Kisame backed away and fell over. He'd been caught.
