The rain was relentless. Narcissa was soaked through and irritable, desiring nothing more than a long soak in the tub as she locked the door to her flat and kicked off her shoes. She attempted to detach her many bags from her person as she made her way to the kitchen, but a pair of muddy Converse in her path gave her pause. "The hell..." she muttered, casting a suspicious glance around her flat. It was then that she noticed the muffled bumping music coming from her rooms. She dropped her bags on the floor and clutched her broken[useless] umbrella tighter.

She rounded the corner to her living room and shrieked. She dropped her umbrella on the floor angrily. "What the hell, Sirius!" Her cousin stood in her living room half naked in black boxer briefs and an open pink floral woman's blouse.

He grinned at her sheepishly. "Alright, Cissy?" She flashed him an irritable look and marched back to the kitchen.

"Put your bloody shoes outside," she shot over her shoulder. "Getting mud everywhere." She banged around in the kitchen for a bit to further express her annoyance, and heard the door open and shut as her cousin put his shoes outside. The tea kettle sang as Sirius came into the kitchen and hopped up on the counter top, that sheepish grin still on his face.

She frowned at him. He stretched lazily, and her eyes were drawn to the black ink crawling up his side. "Got another tattoo, then?" She asked, feigning disinterest. He grinned in response, pulling his ridiculous blouse aside to display his intricate Celtic wolf design. She peered at it, her hand reaching out to touch it. Before her fingers touched his side, she glanced up at his face. Seeing the wide grin, she quickly drew her hand away, frowning once more. "Its a bit odd."

She turned away and fiddled with the tea. Sirius laughed quietly. "You've always had something of an affinity for odd, my dear."

Narcissa sniffed. "It must run in the family." She pressed a cup of tea into his hand. "What do you want, Sirius?"

His eyes dropped to his cup. "Er...well. Heather and I didn't really...Well, I'm not living there anymore. I think I might move in with you." He peered up at her face. Narcissa blinked.

"I have a problem with your tunes." Narcissa pressed her lips together sternly. Sirius huffed out a laugh and leaned forward to press a kiss to her cheek.

"God, I love you."

"You're paying rent."

"Even when you're cranky."
