A/N: And the insomnia continues~
So, I actually loved tonight's episode, Dead and Gone (1). I'm not ready for part two, though. Not at all. Just saying.
But anywayyyyy, I loved this Drianca scene. I really did. But Bianca sorta paused while she was talking, and this is what I think she should've said (; Enjoy~
"I'm doing this to save your life!" Bianca let out, exasperated. She was tired off the questions, and if this was the only way to get him to back off, so be it.
"...What?" Drew looked confused.
"He came back and said he's finish you off, unless I did stuff for him."
"Like what?" Drew pressed.
"Sell drugs, play the dutiful girlfriend, get the picture!" She snapped, tired of this conversation already.
"Like you'd do that for me," he scoffed, shaking his head slightly, and Bianca's stomach dropped at his expression.
"You took the heat on Anson for me," she sighed, "you kept me out of Juvie, and..." she swallowed, her throat suddenly tight.
"And what?" He prompted, a disbelieving look in his eyes. She wanted to say it, and he needed to hear it, but it still wouldn't change a thing.
"It's nothing," she shook her head, looking away. Her wrist was throbbing from Vince's grip earlier; she pulled her sleeve down, making sure the bruise wasn't visible.
"No, tell me," Drew insisted, but Bianca shook her head.
"No, it's not important," her voice shook as she looked at the floor, and she mentally cursed at herself. She needed to be strong, but there was always something about Drew that wore her down. She felt vulnerable, almost.
"B," he said softly, putting his hand on her shoulder. "Talk to me, please. Why are you doing this for him?"
"Because I still love you," she confessed, refusing to look him in the eyes. "You're the one good thing I've ever had in my life; I couldn't live with myself if you got hurt again."
Drew stayed silent for a while, and Bianca peeked up at him from behind her long lashes. He seemed lost, a faraway look in his eyes. Bianca briefly saw fear pass along his features before they hardened again, and she had to wonder if she had just imagined it.
"You have to get away from him," he spoke finally, his voice void of any emotion.
But Bianca shook her head. "No, he'll come after you—"
"Bianca, this isn't your battle to fight, please just let me handle it," Drew argued, but Bianca stood her ground.
"Vince is going to kill you, Drew! Don't you understand that?" She cried desperately. "I don't want to be the reason why you end up dead; this is all my fault—"
"None of this is your fault," Drew softened up, his voice lowered. He brushed his cheek with his hand and she took a deep breath. He was suddenly aware of how close they were; he could feel her breath against his lips. Their mouths were just inches away; all they had to do was lean—
The teenagers separated quickly, hearing the door open. A deep blush colored both of their cheeks as Katie stepped into the room. She seemed regretful, as if she knew this would happen.
"I saved you guys some pizza," she informed them, her expression sad. Bianca stepped around Drew and didn't even look back as she left the room. Katie followed her out, leaving Drew standing alone.
And he was feeling conflicted. Katie was an amazing girl; she's helped him in more ways than one, Adam and his mom both approved, and she was always there to support him. And Bianca… she scared him, her brother hated her, she had a terrible past following her around…
But he had to admit that he still loved her, too.
A/N: Anddd again, I say: The ending was rushed. I seriously need to work on my endings :/ Sorry if that was terrible, review please (:
