Prologue

Harry was looking around him anxiously. He had been able to arrive at the right time for his audience which had been move to an earlier time and another court room. The room was filled to the brim with witch and wizard. The Wizengamot was fully present and Fudge, the minister of magic was looking smugly at Harry. This parody of justice had been quick and completely fake. Dumbledore had arrive a few minute too late and had been ignore and unable to defend Harry. He was now looking away from Harry, head down.

"Wonder what they could do to me?" Harry asked himself.

"Could they expel me from Hogwart? Obliviate me?" Harry thought in panic.

Harry began to shake from the inside not willing to let it show. Fudge rose from his seat.

"The jury as reach a verdict, the Wizengamot find you guilty of all charge brought against you."

Fudge gave Harry a cruel smile.

"Your sentence shall be to be expelled from Hogwart, wand snapped, and all memory of the last four years obliviated from you."

Fudge continued to describe the way Harry would have to leave but he wasn't listening. Dumbledore raised his head and looked at Harry. From an outside point of view, Harry looked like he was completely undisturbed by Fudge speech, but to Dumbledore trained eye, he saw a tumult of magical energy building stronger and stronger. Discreetly, Albus pointed his wand at Harry and undid his last block on his core.

"Do you have anything to say before definitively leaving the magical world?" Fudge asked for the sake of the tradition.

Harry looked strait in Fudge eye and said.

"I'll be back…"

In a deafening bang that shook the entire ministry of magic and was later report as an earthquake by the muggle, Harry was gone.

"Where did he go?" Fudge dumbly asked.

A dozen aurors came running in the court room. Dumbledore smiled and left the room. Harry had just shown the world how powerful he really was, he had bypasses all of the ministry wards, apparate without licence and didn't splinch himself, a quick scan around him assure him of it. He would have to find him quickly.
