Chapter 1
Al was running from the Military. He couldn't belive that he had stolen shoes from Super Dude Armstrong! The best proffessional Wrestler and Model in the world. He didn't do that. He's just not like that.
"Come back here boy!" An officer yelled.
When they had caught up with him, they handcuffed him, and brought him to court.
"Look, Your honor, I didn't steal shoes, or anything for that matter, from Super Dude Armstrong!" Al pleaded.
"Then why did you have them with you? Stealing from Orphan's. That's lower than low." The judge say's mockingly.
"Some kid through them over the bridge and they hit my head I swear!" Al yelled.
His mother looked at Al with pleading eyes. She had faith in her son. She knew that he didn't commit this crime.
"But I am a witness, remeber Judge Fuhrer?" Lt. Archer say's, standing up.
"Well then Lt. Archer. Pleaded: GUILTY." The Judge hammered down his hammer and siad, "How about this son? How about you just serve a few month's in Camp Greenlake?" The judge asked, feeling sympathy.
"Sure! Anything! Just not jail!" Al screamed.
"Pack your things for in the morning, son. Because you will be on your way to Camp Greenlake." The judge said, and dismissed everyone.
The next day, Al bed goodbye to his mother, and to his father, and made his way off to the bus leading to Camp Greenlake.
On the bus, Al looked outside the window. All he could see was desert. Desert, beyond desert. Where was the lake? And the Camp? And the green? A snoozingly long two hour ride on the bus was halted to a stop when the driver opened up it's doors and Al met Camp Greenlake's land.
"Well lookie here. This is our new recruit." Said a old looking cowboy. :) His name was Tucker.
"Uhm, hello sir." Al said, looking at the creepy man.
"Are you the camp president?" Al asked.
"No siree.. Miss. Riza Hawkeye is the Camp's 'dean' as you put it." Tucker said, They introduced names rather quickly, and Tucker led Al to where he would be sleeping.
"This here is Roy." Tucker said.
"I told you. It's Flame." Roy said, angrily.
(A/N: Let's get things straight here. Roy is The mean dude with the glasses in the movie Holes, Ed is Zero, Sig is Armpit, Hughes is the crazy guy who start's a fight with Stanley, and Al is Stanley.)
"Here's Sig, Hughes, and Zero here." Tucker said.
"I told you, I'm Flame, he's and he's Armpit." Siad Roy.
"Ya'll have your little nicknames." Tucker said with a laugh.
"So, Zero, aren't you gonnas ay Hello? Or are you to stupid to?" Tucker asked.
Al looked sympathetically at the boy.
He had nice eye's.
He was short...
Unusually short...
No one said a word after that.
At the lunch table, Roy had asked Al to sit over there at their table. Cause he was a aprt of them now.
"I'm gonna call you Caveman." Roy said.
"So, whudja get busted for Caveman?" Armpit asked.
"I.. stole a pair of Super Dude Armstrong's shoes." Al said, embarressed.
"Did they have red x's on em?" Ed asked.
"Whoa... Zero speaks." Armpit said.
"Yeah.. why?" Al asked.
"Uh.. no reason." Ed said, as he began chewing his food again.
Everyone looked up at him.
Al thought,
These next month's are gonna be long.
